SPICE has partnerships with over 400 businesses across the ACT, Yass and Queanbeyan region. To be a business partner, you just need to be willing to give a student the opportunity to experience your place of work. As a business mentor, you agree to have a student for a minimum of 1 day a week for 4 weeks so that the student can learn about the world of work. We encourage businesses to point out the literacy and numeracy or educational requirements for entry into the workplace.

This is an opportunity for your business to support and mentor young people in their communities, fostering their development through shared knowledge and skill. SPICE businesses are promoted on our website, through our literacy and numeracy modules and at our end of year function. Your business would benefit from exposure to over 300 Canberra and Queanbeyan families, Canberra and Queanbeyan school communities and various government departments.
